Established in 2004, Shenkman & Son Management Corp. is a real estate service

provider operating throughout south Florida. The basis of our business is to provide management services to investors and property owners. Shenkman & Son works with

investors interested in capitalizing on the real estate market in south Florida, matching our investors with a particular property to meet each of their investment objectives.

Investors of all sizes are presented with the opportunity to invest in real estate without having to do so independently. In addition to matching the investor with the ideal property, Shenkman & Son brings together a group of investors to purchase the property and create an individual partnership. By creating a partnership and bringing together a group of investors, each investor is able to participate in the real estate venture without having to finance and manage the property single handedly. A new partnership is created for each real estate venture, making the proceeds of each exclusive to only those investors with interest in the particular partnership. Titles of properties held are in the name of individual partnerships for the security of our investors, as well as having tax advantages.

Shenkman & Son will manage all properties commencing with raising capital and acquiring real estate, until time of sale. The duration of each venture will average ten years providing enough time to maximize the sale price, and therefore, profits for our investors. Management responsibilities will include collecting rents, paying all operating expenses, maintenance, marketing and advertising.
