Philip Shenkman, President  
  Mr. Shenkman has been a tax practitioner for over 34 years, beginning his career in the Quartermaster branch of the Army, before opening his own practice in 1974. 

His hands-on approach to management results in close contacts with tenants and an understanding of their problems. This enables him to recognize and solve most problems early in their development. 

Mr. Shenkman has had experience in all aspects of accounting and taxation of real estate. He has performed numerous cash flow projections, analyses of operation, and calculations of rates of return for rental properties. 

Mr. Shenkman earned a B.S.B.A in Accounting and a B.A.A. in Accounting at the University of Florida. He is a native of Miami and resides in Kendall with his wife.

 
  Howard Shenkman, Vice-President of Operations  
 

Mr. Shenkman has over 5 years of accounting experience working for Philip Shenkman. He has hands-on experience in the construction and renovation of single-family homes. He also has experience in the accounting and taxation of real estate. He has performed numerous cash flow projections, analysis of profitability, and rates of return for rental properties.

His hands-on approach to management results in close contact with tenants and an understanding of their problems. This enables him to recognize and solve most problems early in their development.

This combined experience has provided Mr. Shenkman with a wealth of knowledge in most aspects of real estate from construction to financing to project management. 

He is currently a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate and is currently in the process of attaining a Mortgage Broker License.

 

 
  Hanan Levinson, Vice-President of Investor Relations  
  Mr. Levinson has over six years experience working in various aspects of finance, from banking to accounting, making him proficient in the industry. 

He has also established a strong background in sales and customer service, allowing him to better understand his clients' needs. 

During the past two years, he has been working in the Real Estate industry, strengthening his relationships with Real Estate and Mortgage Brokers. His approach in the selection of future business ventures is an extensive review of numerous properties to exceed investors' expectations and to ensure the maximum return on their investment. 

His method to efficient management is to maintain constant contact with his tenants and investors. This enables him to recognize problems and either promptly solve them early in their development or avoid them altogether. 

This combined experience has provided Mr. Levinson with a wealth of knowledge in the real estate business, which continues to flourish with each new business endeavor. 

He is currently a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate.
